Placing Your Order
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by phone during normal business hours at +61 3 9543 2955.
Personalised Products will also happily accept orders using our Order Form. You can download our Order Form in either Microsoft Word format or Adobe PDF format.
If you need something sent overnight for a special occasion, call our friendly Customer Service Department.
Payment
- Cheques - Payment can be made via a Cheque made out to Tavonni Industries
- Direct Debit - Payment can be made to Tavonni Industries at National. Bank BSB: 083917; Account Number: 493155528.
- Credit Cards - We accept credit cards - Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard. We do not ship C.O.D.
To pay for your order with a credit card:
- Fill out your order form with your design specifications.
- Mail your order with all your details to: Personalised Products, 46-60 Fenton Street, Huntingdale VIC, 3166 Australia.
- Or fax your order with your the details to: Facsimile: +61 3 9543 2291.
Our Customer Service Department will contact you to confirm receipt of order form.
